Please note that spare parts for our products are only available upon request via email. The purchase of spare parts requires that you have already purchased at least one of our grills.

Here's how it works:

Send email request: Please contact us at info.foganova@gmail.com and provide the following information:

• your full name
• purchase date of the grill
• The required spare part

Review and feedback: We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible to confirm the availability and price of the spare part.

Note: Spare parts are not available through our online shop and are provided individually upon request.
